Monday, Oct 8
Following the conclusion of the 2018 Global Wellness Summit, make your way to Bologna Airport for your departing flight to Bari. Transportation can be booked directly through the Global Wellness Summit website under Airport Transportation; your flight to Bari should be booked as follows: 
 
Upon arrival at Bari airport, guests will be transferred directly to Borgo Egnazia where pre-checkin will be completed and your rooms will be ready. A lovely, light buffet dinner will be ready for you to enjoy as you soak up the stunningly beautiful, candlelit surroundings.

Tuesday, Oct 9
As the sun rises, you will be able to see the beautiful setting of Borgo Egnazia. You may choose to begin your morning with a group YENGAR YOGA class, to bring mind and body in perfect balance. Master Iyengar’s experience, wisely dispensed in form of morning pills by our Vair therapist-artists, will be the best way to gently awaken the muscles and prepare the body for the activities of the day. Calm mind, psycho-physical balance, posture alignment, and Pranayama breath control techniques will provide a great opportunity to experience your stay at Borgo Egnazia in the spirit of rebalancing the mind, and the body.
Following your yoga experience, enjoy a beautiful buffet breakfast in the bright and sunny breakfast room. Here you will find a variety of choices from Mediterranean Super Foods, to freshly made eggs, omelets, pancakes, fruit and delicious baked items.
This afternoon, we will enjoy a very special Aroma Therapy Experience that our hosts have arranged for us.
Dinner this evening will take place at the beautiful Masseria San Domenico, sister property of Borgo Egnazia where you will enjoy a delicious meal featuring Mediterranean specialties. 

Wednesday, Oct 10
Practicing stretching in the morning is a great elixir against body aging and this morning you have the option to join STINNT which provide us with time to stretch among the olive trees around the Borgo. Suitable for all ages and individual differences in muscle tension and flexibility, this training helps reduce stress and rebalances the natural psycho-physical tensions, for a better awareness of your body: both its potential and its limitations. The local word Stinnt literally means to “lengthen”, and is in line with the English term stretching, intended as a form of physical extension. Thus, stretching benefits will be perceived by the body as much as by the mind.
Follow your STINNT experience with breakfast and a lovely cup of coffee or tea. 
This afternoon, we will take a short ride to tour and enjoy an Olive Oil Experience in Ostune, followed by a Vegetarian Buffet Lunch at Masseria Le Carrube.
Upon our return, take time to relax and enjoy dinner at your leisure at Borgo Egnazio.

Thursday, Oct 11

Today you have the option to join AMBRESS AMBRESS for Group Fitwalking in the Puglian countryside. Fitwalking is a walking practice that goes beyond the simple act of walking. It is “the art of walking for physical fitness”, that is to say, making a sustained and energetic step, and observing a correct mechanic of movement. In fact, in local dialect, the name is translatable as an invitation to speed up the stride. A simple technique suitable for everyone, with the goal of transforming walking into physical exercise. The fitwalking experience is practiced open-air and in a group in the quiet streets of the Puglian countryside around the Borgo, adding in this way a beneficial community relevance to the healthy experience, thus favoring social interaction as well.
Following your fitwalking experience, enjoy breakfast at your leisure in the breakfast room. 
This afternoon, our hosts have once again arranged a special experience for our group to enjoy Spirt – the Suite of Roman Baths.
There is an ancient atmosphere in the candlelit, stone-clad suite of baths of different temperatures: tepidarium, caldarium and frigidarium, inspired by the classical forefathers of bathing ritual. Today you will enjoy SPIRT 50, a gentle introduction to Roman Bathing. You will get a taste of the candlelit atmosphere and experience the different temperature pools. Keep in mind this time provides a perfect preamble to other treatment choices, so you may want to schedule one of your included spa experiences to follow!
This evening we will all join together to enjoy a very special Farewell Dinner at Borgo Egnazia. 

Friday, Oct 12
While saying goodbye is never easy, your experience at Borgo is not over yet! Enjoy an optional BORGO JOGGING experience on a panoramic path between sea and countryside. Jogging is good from mind to body, it improves the mood, delays muscle aging and helps to keep weight under control, engaging the whole muscular system. (In some cases, it may even stimulate the desire to run a marathon!) The beautiful route this morning will provide you with one last time to soak up the beauty that surrounds the setting of Borgo before your departure. 
Following your morning jog, enjoy breakfast before you prepare to depart, already making plans for a return!
