Monday, October 8:
Immediately following the closing of 2018 Global Wellness Summit, our journey begins as guests board a coach bus for the beautiful drive to Lefay Resort & Spa. Our journey will take approximately 3.5-4 hours during which time we will have time to acquaint ourselves with new friends and catch-up with long-time friends.
Upon arrival at Lefay Resort & Spa, your beautiful rooms will be ready for you to check-in and refresh, followed by a light dinner at La Grande Limonaia Restaurant 

Tuesday, October 9
Enjoy the delicious choices presented to you at the beautiful Lefay breakfast buffet.
This morning, you will meet with the medical staff for your initial Medical Interview. Following your meeting where your personalized program will be suggested for the week, you will begin to enjoy amazing treatments from the Lefay SPA Method Discovery Program and you will have free time to simply relax and enjoy the Lefay Spa.
When you are ready, make your way to La Grande Limonaia Restaurant at Lefay where you can enjoy your lunch while savoring the amazing views and relaxing spirit.
This afternoon, the Lefay team has arranged a tour for us at Limonaia La Malora with a guided tour and limoncello tasting followed by a walk by the lake in Gargnano, a typical, charming Italian village.
Following our excursion, we will return to Lefay where you will continue to enjoy treatments from the Lefay SPA Method Discovery Programme and free time in Lefay SPA
This evening, we will have a special Welcome Cocktail with Managing Director, Alcide Leall, followed by a communal dinner at La Grande Limonaia Restaurant with special menu created for our group

Wednesday, October 10
Enjoy your breakfast at the Lefay Breakfast Buffet; followed by a guided walk into the Energy Therapeutic Gardens. The scents, the sounds and the beauty of this beautiful location will envelop you as you walk and savor the trail.
Lunch at your leisure at La Grande Limonaia Restaurant
This afternoon, we have another special excursion to Gardone Riviera with a guided visit to Vittoriale degli Italiani Museum. Following our tour, we will return to Lefay for treatments from the Lefay SPA Method Discovery Program and free time in Lefay SPA
Following this beautiful day, we will enjoy a communal dinner at La Grande Limonaia Restaurant with a special menu for our group

Thursday, October 11
Enjoy a leisurely coffee and breakfast at your leisure at the Lefay Breakfast Buffet
Following breakfast, join us as we engage in a Holistic Seasonal Activity Fitness session
After our fitness session, take time to enjoy lunch at La Grande Limonaia Restaurant
This afternoon, our final excursion has been arranged by the Lefay team to transfer us to Salò for walking, shopping and exploration of  one of the main villages of Lake Garda.
After enjoying our time at Salò , we will return to Lefay for treatments from the Lefay SPA Method Discovery Program and free time in Lefay SPA.
This evening we will come together to enjoy our final communal dinner at La Grande Limonaia Restaurant with special menu.

Friday, October 12
After your amazing time at Lefay Resort & SPA, enjoy the delicious Breakfast Buffet before packing, checking-out and planning for your next visit to this remarkable location.
